Quick Thirty Minute Full Body at Home Workout for Working Moms 💪🏼

They say half the battle is getting to the gym, however, as a working mom with two little ones, half the battle is getting to the car to get to the gym 😂. Before kids I was pretty regimented with my fitness routine. Worked out 4-5 days a week, and meal prepped healthy meals on Mondays for the whole week. After the birth of my second child, soon my workouts consisted of carrying a 14 lb. baby, chasing my toddler around, and being lucky to find the time to eat 3 meals a day. When life got to this point I knew I had to make changes because my wellness has always been an important factor in keeping my mind, body, and soul balanced. Also, I just found staying active elevated my energy and mood, which successively helps me be a better mother to my children. Scratch that, coffee does that 🤣 haha!
